  • Customer Support Response: Within 24 business hours for all inquiries
  • Technical Issues: Critical issues resolved within 4 business hours
  • Support Availability: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Problem Resolution Promise: If your unsubscribe request is not properly processed within the stated timeframe, we will:

  • Provide immediate priority processing
  • Send a personal apology and confirmation
  • Offer additional support to ensure your preferences are respected

User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

  • We will follow up until the issue is resolved to your satisfaction
